Shipping Information

This page explains how AminoStock processes, packs, and ships research orders, in the United States and abroad. Our goal is simple: get material to your lab quickly, in the condition it left ours, with tracking you can follow the whole way.

Processing time

Orders placed before our daily cutoff of 3:00 PM ET on a business day are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is received and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping methods & cost

• Standard — USPS Priority, 2 business days. $11.99 flat, free on orders over $150.
• 2-Day — UPS 2nd Day Air, guaranteed 2 business days. $14.99, or $6.99 on orders over $150.
• Overnight — next-business-day delivery when you order before the daily cutoff. $59.99 flat.
• International — every destination outside the United States. $60 flat; see International orders below.

Cold-chain & handling

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the length of normal transit, so standard packaging preserves them without added cost. Where a compound benefits from cooler handling, we include insulated packaging and a cold pack. All shipments use discreet, plain outer packaging with no description of the contents on the exterior.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can also look up status at any time from your account using the email address on the order — no password required.

Where we ship

AminoStock ships throughout the United States and to most countries worldwide. We do not ship to countries under United States sanctions or embargo.

International orders

• Rate and minimum — a flat $60 covers every destination outside the United States. International orders must total at least $200 after discounts. Free-shipping thresholds and free-shipping promo codes apply to US Standard shipping only.
• Duties, taxes, and import fees — any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees levied by your country are your responsibility and are collected from you on delivery. They are not included in our prices or our shipping charge.
• Customs — it is your responsibility to confirm that the items you order may be imported into your country. If customs seizes a shipment, we will re-ship it once at no charge. A shipment seized a second time is not covered by shipment protection and is not refunded.
• Tracking — a tracking number is emailed when your order ships, the same as for US orders.

Shipment protection

Every order is covered by shipment protection. If a package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact support and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund. See our returns page for how to start a claim and the time window that applies. Customs seizures on international orders are handled as described above.
